We are looking for a talented Food Batchmaker to join our confectionery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a variety of sweet treats, including chocolates, candies, and pastries, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and operate confectionery machinery.
• Design and implement new recipes to enhance our product offerings.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
• Assist in training new employees on production techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss product improvement ideas.
• Support management in achieving production targets.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications or training in confectionery production would be highly desirable.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
