Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical systems, with a strong understanding of engineering principles. You will work on projects that require a blend of technical aptitudes and problem-solving skills, contributing to the design and production of high-quality mechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Develop event proposals and presentations for clients.
• Handle on-site event coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Create event timelines and schedules for staff and vendors.
• Assist in the marketing and promotion of events.
• Evaluate potential venues and suppliers for quality and reliability.
• Prepare event materials, such as signage and programmes.
• Gather feedback from attendees to enhance future events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in an event planning role

Technical Skills

• Event Marketing

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in a second language: Ability to communicate in another language is a plus.
