Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our team in Cardiff. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating a variety of events, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly. You will liaise with clients to understand their vision and work tirelessly to bring it to life.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of events, from corporate meetings to weddings.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans that include timelines, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Ensure that all events follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and solutions for events.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative concepts into event planning.
• Manage event registration processes and client communications.
• Prepare event materials, including invitations and promotional content.
• Assist in the creation of visual concepts for events.
• Develop reports and presentations summarising event outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Meeting Professional)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning with a proven track record of successful events
