Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager in Cardiff, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and ensuring all operations run smoothly. You will oversee daily hotel activities, manage staff, and enhance guest experiences, contributing to the hotel's overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations to ensure a high level of guest service.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic planning.
  • Encourage and maintain a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Respond positively to guest reviews and complaints.
  • Monitor market trends to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Drive promotional activities to increase occupancy rates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced qualifications in Hospitality would be an added advantage
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a senior hospitality role
