Job Description

As an Event Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and overseeing events in the heart of London. Your creativity and organisational skills will help craft unforgettable experiences, making a lasting impression on our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for events, including catering, audiovisual needs, and decor.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Prepare event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Provide on-site supervision during events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in developing creative concepts for events to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate venue options based on client needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional efforts.
  • Offer support during budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Facilitate post-event analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
  • Specialised training in event planning is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
