As a Bistro Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering remarkable service to our patrons. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, maintaining hygiene, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. We seek enthusiastic individuals who genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers in a welcoming manner.
  • Accurately record customer orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen.
  • Manage cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift.
  • Assist colleagues during busy periods to deliver outstanding service.
  • Respond to customer feedback and adapt service as necessary.
  • Ensure all cash and electronic payments are processed correctly.
  • Help train new team members on service protocols and expectations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • No formal qualifications required; however, a food hygiene certification is advantageous.
Experience
  • Experience working in a busy café or restaurant setting is advantageous.
