Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and inventory.
• Participate in local community events to promote the hotel.

• Oversee housekeeping, front desk, and facility maintenance.
• Adapt to changing market conditions to optimise pricing and services.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Handle VIP guests and special requests with utmost professionalism.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
• Additional certifications in hospitality are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry
