Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Food Service Manager to lead our culinary team. In this role, you will oversee menu development, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Your innovative approach will help us deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of diverse culinary menus.
  • Work with chefs and nutritionists to create nutritious meal options.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers for quality ingredients.
  • Conduct regular audits on food safety practices and compliance.
  • Lead training sessions for kitchen staff on menu item preparation.
  • Implement cost control measures to manage food costs effectively.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance dining experiences.
  • Integrate sustainable practices into food sourcing and menu creation.
  • Review and refine menus based on seasonal availability and trends.
  • Present new menu concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Food Service Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry
