Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee restaurant management staff in all operational areas.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all restaurant transactions.
  • Utilize marketing techniques to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the chefs to design rotating menus, including seasonal offerings.
  • Facilitate a smooth flow of communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
  • Implement and oversee a training programme for new staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related discipline
  • Management training certificates are a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
