Job Description

We are currently seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our friendly team in Bolton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring guests have a pleasant stay, and handling inquiries expertly.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during check-in and check-out.
  • Answer guest queries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
  • Oversee the booking system while ensuring accuracy in reservations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality in handling personal information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and reporting.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills.
  • Handle guest special requests and complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field is preferred
Experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a front office role
