Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during check-in and check-out.
Answer guest queries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
Oversee the booking system while ensuring accuracy in reservations.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality in handling personal information.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and reporting.
Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills.
Handle guest special requests and complaints efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Diploma in Hospitality or related field is preferred
Experience
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a front office role
