Job Description

As a Culinary Chef at Culinary Arts Ltd., you will lead our kitchen in crafting exquisite dishes. Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team in preparing and presenting dishes to high standards.

  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
  • Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Manage kitchen waste and implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Conduct kitchen meetings to align on menu changes and special events.
  • Engage with guests to receive feedback on dishes.
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring it is properly used.
  • Participate in community events to promote our culinary offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary Arts Diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced Culinary Arts certification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a chef role, ideally in fine dining or high-end restaurants.
