• Collaborate with marketing to promote tours via social media and other platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in History, Media, or a related field
• Tour Guiding qualification preferred
• Public Speaking Proficient in delivering engaging presentations.
• Storytelling Skilled in narrating interesting stories and facts.
• Knowledge of Barnsley’s history In-depth understanding of the local history and culture.
• Interpersonal Skills Excellent at building rapport with diverse audiences.
• Adaptability Able to adjust tours based on group size and interests.
• English (Fluent)

• Fluency in additional languages: Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
• Experience with audio guide systems: Familiarity with using audio systems during tours.
