Job Description

As a Baggage Porter, you will facilitate the smooth handling of guest luggage, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience at our hospitality venues. Your role involves assisting guests with their baggage effectively and efficiently, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload guest luggage efficiently and courteously.
  • Ensure baggage accuracy with tags and passenger identification.
  • Safeguard fragile items during transportation.
  • Directly transport baggage to guest rooms or designated areas.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing passenger queries.
  • Keep baggage handling zones tidy and well-organised.
  • Alert management to any issues regarding lost or damaged items.
  • Comply with safety and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams for guest satisfaction.
  • Follow company protocols for operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • No formal qualifications required, basic education preferred.
Experience
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
Technical Skills

Languages
