Responsibilities

• Track adherence to delivery schedules and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare reports to analyse dispatch performance and suggest improvements.
• Foster a positive work environment to motivate team members.
• Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on regulations and processes.
• Evaluate software and tools used for dispatch operations and recommend upgrades.
• Act as a primary contact for escalated issues during operations.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification or degree in logistics or supply chain management

Experience

• Over 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within dispatch or transportation.
