Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Motel Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food operations within our motel. This role involves ensuring food quality, managing staff, and handling customer complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to meet service standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas for cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with management to create seasonal menus.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs on food preparation techniques.
  • Oversee the implementation of new food service procedures.
  • Ensure optimal customer experience by addressing guest feedback.
  • Implement cost control measures to maintain budget.
  • Report to the Operations Manager on department performance.
  • Participate in staff scheduling and recruitment.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years experience leading a food service team
