We are looking for a proactive Motel Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food operations within our motel. This role involves ensuring food quality, managing staff, and handling customer complaints effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate kitchen staff to meet service standards.
Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas for cleanliness.
Work collaboratively with management to create seasonal menus.
Develop and implement staff training programs on food preparation techniques.
Oversee the implementation of new food service procedures.
Ensure optimal customer experience by addressing guest feedback.
Implement cost control measures to maintain budget.
Report to the Operations Manager on department performance.
Participate in staff scheduling and recruitment.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred

3+ years experience leading a food service team
