Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Event Planner to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating memorable events from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organisation, creativity, and strong communication skills, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and aligns with our clients' visions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for events, including catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to establish event goals and expectations.
  • Prepare event schedules and timelines for attendees and suppliers.
  • Monitor expenses and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Evaluate event success through feedback and analytics.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in event planning.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting events through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas and solutions to clients to enhance their event experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • An MBA or equivalent is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in corporate environments
