Are you an experienced Hospitality Manager looking for a new challenge? Join our team in Bournemouth and lead our hospitality operations towards excellence. Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that team members are well-trained in service standards and best practices.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
  • Oversee the development of marketing initiatives to promote the hospitality services.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Foster community relationships and partnerships to boost local engagement.
  • Establish and enforce a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the venue.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes for hospitality staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's in Hospitality Management is preferred
