Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will oversee daily operations in our Liverpool hotel, ensuring that guest satisfaction is paramount. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate staff training, and maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all aspects of hotel operations to meet business objectives.
  • Cultivate a positive team environment that encourages collaboration.
  • Assess and report on hotel performance metrics to upper management.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by implementing feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional events.
  • Manage relationships with local businesses and partners.
  • Oversee training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable and effective.
  • Ensure effective communication across all departments within the hotel.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Masters in Hospitality Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in hospitality roles
