Responsibilities
Lead the team in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
Control expenses while maximising revenue through effective management.
Monitor guest satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
Ensure that all guest services operate smoothly and efficiently.
Organise staff schedules and manage payroll.
Report to the General Manager on performance and progress.
Identify opportunities for staff training and development.
Engage with local businesses and community to enhance services.
Develop annual budgets and forecasts for hotel operations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's degree in Hospitality or Business Management preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in hotel management or related field.
