Job Description

We seek a proactive Hospitality Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations in Plymouth. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring excellent service delivery while managing budgets, guest relations, and staff development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Control expenses while maximising revenue through effective management.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
  • Ensure that all guest services operate smoothly and efficiently.
  • Organise staff schedules and manage payroll.
  • Report to the General Manager on performance and progress.
  • Identify opportunities for staff training and development.
  • Engage with local businesses and community to enhance services.
  • Develop annual budgets and forecasts for hotel operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality or Business Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or related field.
