Job Description

As an Event Operations Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of a variety of events in Stockport. This role requires a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills to ensure every event runs smoothly and meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and venues.
  • Administer event registration and manage on-site attendee experience.
  • Utilize event management software to plan and track event logistics.
  • Maintain an inventory of event supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure all events align with the company brand and messaging.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the client experience and event quality.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Hospitality
  • Professional qualifications in event planning are a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in managing events
