Responsibilities

• Create innovative macaroni dishes while adhering to the set recipes.
• Ensure all pasta dishes are cooked to order and served fresh.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Participate in maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Assist the Head Chef in developing seasonal menu items.
• Adapt to changing menu demands and customer preferences.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Culinary degree or certification preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a kitchen environment, specifically in pasta preparation.
