• Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate logistics for production shoots, including locations and equipment.
• Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to during production.
• Engage with audience feedback to refine future broadcasts.
• Ensure a compelling narrative is maintained throughout the production.

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film Studies, or a relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Project Management Exceptional skills in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Video Editing Software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro) Proficient in using video editing and production software.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with emerging media technologies: Experience with technologies that enhance media production and distribution.
