As an Event Planner at Event Management Solutions Ltd., you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning, from concept through to execution. You will liaise with clients, manage budgets, and ensure events run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist in the strategic planning and execution of events from start to finish.
Cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and event attendees.
Maintain a database of contacts and suppliers for event planning.
Report to the Head of Events and provide regular updates on event progress.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct research on event venues and recommend suitable locations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Event Management, Business Management, or a related field
An additional qualification in Marketing or Hospitality is an advantage

3+ years event related experience in a similar role
