Job Description

Join our team as an Event Planner where you will coordinate and manage a variety of events from conception to execution. Your role will involve liaising with clients to understand their needs and ensuring every detail is managed perfectly, creating memorable experiences for all attendees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the event planning process from concept through to completion.
• Conduct site visits and liaise with venue management.
• Coordinate catering, entertainment, and other service providers.
• Create detailed event plans and budgets.
• Utilise digital tools for event management and attendee engagement.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks during event planning.
• Foster a creative environment to brainstorm innovative event ideas.
• Engage with attendees post-event for feedback and suggestions.
• Contribute to social media and marketing efforts related to events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of event planning experience in a fast-paced environment
