Job Description

As a Coffee Weigher at Coffee Quality Co., you'll play a critical role in ensuring quality control of our coffee beans. Your main responsibilities will involve accurately measuring and weighing the beans to maintain the standards that our customers expect. Attention to detail will be key as you follow strict guidelines to deliver the best quality product.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate weighing and measurement of coffee beans.
• Conduct quality control tests regularly to identify any issues.
• Keep detailed records of weighing processes and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure standards are met.
• Assist with the packaging and labelling of products as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and health guidelines in the workplace.
• Maintain good communication with other teams to uphold production efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality standards.
• Respond proactively to any equipment failures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
