Job Description

As a Pastry Chef at Culinary Delights Ltd., you will play a vital role in creating stunning and delicious pastries. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual who has a passion for baking and a flair for creating visual masterpieces. You will be responsible for preparing various pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and create new pastry items that reflect current trends.
  • Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Prepare ingredients and equipment for use in daily baking.
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen workflow.
  • Respond to special requests from customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of recipes and ingredient usage.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss menu planning.
  • Assist with training and mentoring new pastry staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a high-volume pastry kitchen
