Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily hotel activities, ensuring high standards of service, and leading a dedicated team to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate hotel activities to ensure an enjoyable guest experience.
  • Evaluate guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Prepare and present reports to the General Manager regarding the hotel’s performance.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.
  • Develop training programs that enhance staff skills and engagement.
  • Manage supplier relationships and oversee inventory levels.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in the hospitality sector
