Job Description

As an Event Planner at Eventful Planners Ltd., you will take charge of planning and executing high-quality events that meet client expectations. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and budget, while coordinating logistics, vendors, and event details from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for themed events that resonate with clients and their guests.
• Quote and manage vendor services, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Provide advice on event logistics, such as seating arrangements and agenda flow.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and online promotion for events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to inform improvements for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Event Management or Hospitality

Experience

• 5+ years in a senior event planning role

Technical Skills

• Logistics Coordination

• Leadership

Certifications

• Event Planning Certification from a recognised institution

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in another language: Ability to communicate with clients and vendors in additional languages.
