Job Description

We are searching for a Broadcast Production Specialist to join our creative team in Rotherham. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of broadcast production processes and a passion for storytelling through video and audio content.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production tasks and participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Utilise video editing software to produce high-quality content.
• Work with sound designers and camera operators to deliver engaging broadcasts.
• Assist in managing live broadcasts and recording sessions.
• Conduct post-production tasks, including colour correction and sound mixing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external production companies and freelancers.
• Participate in the review process to refine and improve content.
• Ensure all content meets artistic and technical standards.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Media Production or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in media production

Technical Skills

• Scriptwriting
• Social Media Management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Motion Graphics: Familiarity with motion graphics design and production processes.
