Job Description

As the Catering Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality. You'll be responsible for managing a team, liaising with clients, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement catering strategies that enhance customer experience.
  • Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during events.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships for consistent quality of ingredients.
  • Assist in marketing efforts for catering services and promotional events.
  • Evaluate and adjust pricing strategies for catering packages.
  • Regularly assess operational processes and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
Experience
  • 3 years of catering or hospitality management experience
