Job Description

As a Hotel Recreational Facilities Manager, you will oversee all recreational activities and facilities, ensuring high-quality service to our guests. You will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional experiences, focusing on safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategy for the hotel's recreational facilities, including activities and events.
  • Ensure facilities are clean and meet health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the recreational team, ensuring excellent service is provided to guests.
  • Plan and organise regular activities for guests of all ages.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to enhance quality.
  • Monitor equipment usage and plan for maintenance or upgrades as needed.
  • Liaise with marketing to promote recreational offerings.
  • Create guest reports to improve recreational services and activities.
  • Train staff in customer service excellence and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Additional certifications in management preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel management with a focus on recreational facilities.
