Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Event Coordinator to handle the planning and execution of various events. This role demands strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead event planning from initial concept through to execution.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the event are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to procure necessary services.
  • Maintain a comprehensive project management timeline for each event.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or management
