Job Description

Join our dynamic culinary team as the Head Pastry Chef. This role requires creativity and expertise in pastry arts, with the responsibility to oversee the pastry section, ensuring quality and consistency across all dessert offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a variety of desserts for special events and menus.
  • Evaluate and refine pastry recipes to improve taste and presentation.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss menu changes and feedback.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for high-quality ingredients.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
Experience
  • Extensive experience in high-volume pastry production, ideally in a fine dining setting
