  • Conduct post-trip follow-ups to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Utilise travel software to streamline booking and customer management processes.
  • Train new staff on booking systems and customer service protocols as necessary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to provide clients with the best options.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote travel packages and services.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field
  • Further studies or certifications in travel and tourism management preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the travel sector
