Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee special events, including catering and private functions.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary.
• Develop marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage offerings.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Create reports on financial performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume setting

Certifications
