Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Cardiff location. In this role, you will supervise housekeeping staff, manage inventories, and implement cleanliness standards that enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the housekeeping staff to ensure daily tasks are completed.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning techniques.
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Manage the ordering and inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive working environment and maintain employee morale.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Lead by example and maintain a high standard of personal cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role
