We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Cardiff location. In this role, you will supervise housekeeping staff, manage inventories, and implement cleanliness standards that enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee the housekeeping staff to ensure daily tasks are completed.
Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning techniques.
Monitor and report maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas.
Manage the ordering and inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Foster a positive working environment and maintain employee morale.
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Lead by example and maintain a high standard of personal cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role
