Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Production Analyst to join our team in Telford. In this role, you will ensure food quality, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards, while working closely with production teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
  • Evaluate supplier quality and conduct assessments as necessary.
  • Lead investigations into non-conformance and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all phases of production.
  • Review and analyse customer feedback for quality control improvements.
  • Train staff on quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Participate in industry forums to remain current on best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Quality Assurance preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in food production and quality management
