We are on the hunt for a passionate and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead our guests through some of London's most iconic sights. This role requires an engaging personality and a deep understanding of local history and culture, making each tour a memorable experience for our visitors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging tours tailored to the interests and needs of diverse groups.
• Share anecdotes and insights that highlight the unique features of attractions.
• Facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Monitor and manage group dynamics to ensure a cohesive experience.
• Utilize technology such as audio systems and mobile apps to enhance the tour experience.
• Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for tours.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve tour offerings.
• Stay updated on local regulations and best practices for tour operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

Experience

• Previous experience in the tourism industry is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
