Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of events in Brighton and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their visions and ensure all elements are flawlessly executed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of event budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Establish timelines and ensure all event tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships.
  • Research and suggest trends to enhance event experiences.
  • Train junior staff and event volunteers as necessary.
  • Support on-site event management to ensure quality and satisfaction.
  • Ensure all events reflect the company's brand and values.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A Master's degree would be an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
