Responsibilities

• Deliver baked goods to customers promptly and professionally.
• Load and unload bakery items carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle.
• Manage customer payments accurately when collecting.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Comply with road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Check bakery products for freshness before delivery.
• Document delivery details and keep records.
• Assist in bakery operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications needed.

Experience

• Previous delivery experience in the food industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Driving experience in urban environments
• Knowledge of electronic delivery systems

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
