Job Description
Looking for an enthusiastic Cook Room Supervisor to oversee kitchen staff and ensure high standards in food production. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking tasks.
Ensure all kitchen operations comply with regulations and quality standards.
Create a friendly and professional environment for the kitchen staff.
Enhance the kitchen workflow by developing innovative cooking processes.
Participate in culinary training to improve skills and knowledge.
Implement and maintain budgets, forecasting future food production costs.
Report directly to the Head Chef and assist with kitchen administration tasks.
Requirements
Education
Catering Management Degree preferred
Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 or higher)
Experience
3+ years in a similar supervisory role within the catering or hospitality sector.
