Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality tours, highlighting Barnsley's unique cultural and historical aspects.
Monitor group dynamics, adapting the tour to meet the needs of guests.
Train and mentor new tour guides when required.

Provide input for the improvement of tour routes and guest services.

Document and report any incidents or issues during tours to management.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma
Degree in Hospitality or Education is a plus
Experience
