Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Routeman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the most efficient routes for our drivers, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Optimise routes for efficiency and timely deliveries.
• Keep in constant contact with drivers during shifts.
• Conduct analysis of delivery metrics to enhance performance.
• Provide support in logistics planning for special delivery requests.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure service standards are met.
• Assist in the training of new logistics personnel.
• React promptly to any unexpected issues on the road.
• Plan for seasonal demand fluctuations in delivery schedules.
• Continually review and update routing software.
• Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and clients.
