Responsibilities

• Organise and manage all aspects of events including outdoor festivals, corporate events, and weddings.
• Budget management and financial reporting for each event.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all events are conducted in a professional manner and align with company policies.
• Report on event outcomes and suggest areas for improvement.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and compile reports.
• Handle on-site issues and ensure the smooth running of all events.
• Implement event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and engagement.
• Recruit and train event staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Stay updated with industry trends to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree in Hospitality or Business Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event planning or management
