Job Description

We are seeking an organised and creative Event Manager to oversee all aspects of event planning and execution in Stockport. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise event staff and ensure they are well trained.
  • Create event themes and concepts aligned with client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Implement effective monitoring and reporting practices.
  • Spearhead creative solutions to challenges that may arise during planning.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving.
  • Stay updated with current trends in event management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning or management
