Job Description

As a Brewmaster at our London-based brewery, you will be tasked with overseeing the entire brewing process, from recipe development to production. You will lead a team of passionate brewers, ensuring the highest quality standards are met while innovating new brews that excite our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all phases of brewing operations while ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Develop and review brewing recipes for product consistency.
  • Monitor fermentation processes and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Train and mentor brewing staff on best practices and safety standards.
  • Work closely with quality control to assess and enhance product quality.
  • Engage in brewing innovation, exploring new techniques and ingredients.
  • Manage budgeting and expenses related to brewing operations.
  • Lead sensory evaluations to maintain and improve beer quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Brewing or Fermentation Science degree
  • Master Brewer certification is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional brewing.
