Job Description

As a Curb Hop, you'll be the friendly face delivering delicious food straight to our customers' vehicles. We seek individuals with a flair for customer service, ready to ensure that each delivery is timely and professionally executed.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver food orders from partner restaurants to customers' locations using your own transportation.
• Ensure accurate order collection and timely delivery while maintaining food quality.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and ensure safe driving practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions or concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and documentation.
• Support team effort to achieve operational targets.
• Engage in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Participate in weekly team meetings for updates and strategy.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in food delivery or hospitality industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• GPS navigation

Certifications

• First aid certification (desirable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
