Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations in Oxford. The ideal candidate will excel in enhancing guest experiences, managing staff, and driving business success within our vibrant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality supply and services.

  • Regularly review guest feedback to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management preferred

  • 5+ years of management experience in hospitality
