Job Description

The Bowling Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the front desk operations at a bowling alley. They will ensure that proper safety measures are followed and that patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to every visitor.
  • Process sales and manage cash till effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on daily revenue and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with food and beverage teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and promotions for events at BowlXtreme.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality role preferred

Languages
  • English: Fluent
