Job Description

As a Travel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all travel arrangements and ensuring a seamless logistical process from start to finish. Your role will involve optimizing travel schedules, managing vendor relationships, and enhancing guest experiences through efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement travel management strategies.
  • Track travel expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Liaise with local and international clients to understand their needs.
  • Facilitate training for the travel team on best practices.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Assist in sourcing and selecting travel vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure travel documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Conduct regular audits of travel processes and policies.
  • Prepare reports for management on travel performance metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local travel regulations and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
